About Me
During the day, I lead the service division at mindsquare AG, an IT consultancy. My team and I are the people who actually keep things running for our clients – handling incidents, coordinating changes, and working through service requests the ITSM way. It sounds very structured, and it is – but I genuinely love it.
When work is done, I head to the box. CrossFit has been my thing for years, and at some point I started coaching it too – at CrossFit Bielefeld. What keeps me hooked is the unpredictability: no two workouts are the same, and the mix of skills, strength, and conditioning means there's always something new to work on.
After the barbell, comes the book. I read a lot – non-fiction for the brain, manga for everything else. One Piece has my heart, but there's also a solid collection of classics on the shelf: Berserk, Death Note, Dragon Ball, Yu-Gi-Oh. The pile never gets smaller. That's fine.
